Groups arriving in Germany from Somalia, Syria, and Afghanistan show a “much higher propensity for violent crime” than the local population, according to a prominent blogger citing official statistics.
Macron, despite finally acknowledging the statistical phenomenon, has still refused to make “generalizations,” and added that he will “never make an existential link between immigration and insecurity.”
“We want to allow the expulsion of any foreigner found guilty of a serious act … regardless of their condition of presence on the national territory,” Minister Darmanin said.
