Teresa Angulo holds a dual master’s degree in public policy and public administration from Sciences Po and Columbia University, specializing in management and public affairs (Sciences Po) and International Security Policy and Gender (Columbia). She is currently a graduate fellow at the Center for a Secure Free Society in Washington D.C. Teresa earned her double B.A. in political science and international relations from the University of the Americas Puebla, Mexico.
