Workers at the Vatican began to install a chimney on top of the Sistine Chapel to be used during the conclave that begins on Wednesday, May 7th, an AFP reporter witnessed Friday.

As we reported, several cardinals expect the conclave to be short, with a new pope elected within a day or two.
