Disney has reached an out-of-court settlement with Gina Carano, who was fired from the Star Wars series film The Mandalorian in 2021 over her social media posts.

The actress, backed by Elon Musk, sued the company for wrongful termination after she allegedly refused to meet with an LGBT legal group.

The actress said on X she believes this is “the best outcome for all parties involved,” adding she hoped “this brings some healing to the force.”

Carano also extended her “deepest most heartfelt gratitude to Elon Musk, a man I’ve never met.”
