On Wednesday, November 19, Israel’s military warned residents of two villages in southern Lebanon to evacuate immediately—ahead of incoming strikes targeting Hezbollah’s military infrastructure.
In a series of messages on X, formerly Twitter, the military posted maps identifying buildings in Deir Kifa and Shahour, saying that remaining in the vicinity “puts you at risk.”
IDF Arabic-language spokesman Avichay Adraee said:
If you are near buildings used by Hezbollah, you must evacuate immediately and move away from the area for your own safety.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Israeli military said it had killed two terrorists in strikes carried out the previous day in southern Lebanon. In the same region, Israel successfully struck a Hamas training compound as well.
