This follows Labour’s decision to suspend trade talks with Israel, despite appointing a new trade envoy, and align with Canada and France in criticising Netanyahu’s actions.
Whether or not the sanctions take effect, this is the latest example of a European country responding to Israel’s existential fight for its survival by acting to undermine the Jewish State.
