U.S. president Donald Trump has announced he will posthumously award Charlie Kirk with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. This follows the fatal shooting of the Turning Point USA founder at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, September 10th.

The hunt for the shooter continues, with the suspected murder weapon—a bolt-action hunting rifle—now recovered. The bullet used was reportedly engraved with transgender and anti-fascist ideology, according to a law bulletin, the Daily Mail quoted The Wall Street Journal as saying.
