The U.S. president said the artist delivered a show that “nobody understands.”

Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny became the first male solo Latin artist to headline the Super Bowl halftime show, delivering a performance that broadened the traditional meaning of “God Bless America” by extending it to all nations across the Americas.

Bad Bunny said as he listed more than 20 nations in North and South America:

“God bless America, whether it’s Chile, Argentina.”

However, U.S. President Donald Trump harshly condemned the performance, denouncing it on Truth Social as “an affront to the Greatness of America.”

The president declared

The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.
