Pro-Palestinian civil servants (state employees) who oppose the British government’s approach to Israel have been told they should look for other work.
It has been reported that hundreds of diplomats reacted to gormless foreign secretary’s David Lammy’s position on Israel with a hostile letter. In response, after mentioning the option of counselling, their bosses cut to the chase—if you don’t like it, quit.
Bosses Oliver Robbins and Nick Dyer fired back at the Gaza activists on the public payroll, stating:
if your disagreement with any aspect of Government policy is profound your ultimate recourse is to resign from the civil service.
Ironically, this latest Whitehall spat—over the idea that Britain is too soft on Israel—coincides with the government working to undermine the Jewish State.
