Post-lockdown funds intended to bring about a “stronger, more resilient Europe” have been handed to a self-titled ‘school of sexual education’ which offers explicit ‘courses’ and promotes non-monogamy.
Reports show that taxpayer cash has been passed from the NextGenerationEU fund to Spanish company Santo Amor (the name meaning ‘holy love’), which offers online courses on
- Masturbation (€34.90),
- Squirting (female ejaculation), where participants are invited to “join the sexual revolution” (€24.95), and on
- How to eat a p***y (€24.95). Pass the course to receive a “master p***y eater certificate” which you can upload to “all your dating apps” or “hang in your bedroom.”
The company also posts a blog which talks of the “many long-term benefits” of non-monogamous “open relationships,” saying these are “becoming more normalised and common,” as well as about “queer art,” which “challenges norms and proposes new narratives.”
Spanish news site Libertad says that the NextGen funds were “channeled through the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan promoted by Pedro Sánchez’s government and subsequently approved by Brussels.”
A video showcasing Santo Amor’s taxpayer-supported masturbation workshop has been viewed—and deservedly mocked—by millions of social media users, with many demanding that the funds are stopped.

It is not clear how much money the company has received from the European pocket.
