A French court has slapped an adult male migrant who had previously been issued deportation orders with a four-year prison sentence after finding him guilty of sexually assaulting two teenage boys in Paris.
The 24-year-old perpetrator, whose nationality was not mentioned by the press, sexually assaulted the two teenage boys and another boy of unknown age on Friday, November 18th, in the fifteenth arrondissement of Paris before police officers managed to catch up with him, the French news portal Actu Paris reports.
The first attack, which took place in the early morning, began when the assailant accosted a 16-year-old boy who had been on his way to school. After threatening the boy with a sharp object and a 9mm pistol that he claimed to have, the migrant dragged the teenager away, groping his crotch in the process.
Roughly an hour later, the perpetrator subjected another victim, this time an 18-year-old boy, to the same kind of abuse.
The next day, police arrested the 24-year-old foreign national as he was in the process of attacking a third young man at Rueil-Malmaison in the Hauts-de-Seine district. At the time of his arrest, tests revealed that the attacker was under the influence of both alcohol and cocaine.
Three days later, a Parisian court sentenced the attack to four years in prison—and banned him from entering French territory for 10 years—after finding him guilty of committing acts of sexual assault with a weapon.
The prosecutor, in her indictment, had choice words for the defendant. “There are four types of attackers: voyeurs, exhibitionists, scrubbers, and predators. Monsieur falls into the last category. We are dealing with a man who follows his victims at specific times and imposes touching them under the constraint of violence,” she said.
The defendant, for his part, denied the accusations leveled against him, claiming that the teenage boys had “asked [him] for a cigarette,” and asserting that he “didn’t even touch them.”
The court’s decision comes a little more than a month after an Algerian migrant, who also was subject to an Obligation to Leave French Territory (OQTF), kidnapped, raped, tortured, and murdered a 12-year-old Parisian girl called Lola, as The European Conservative previously reported.
French President Emmanuel Macron, in 2021, failed to expel 99.8% of Algerians who had been given Obligations to Leave French Territory (OQTF).
