French right-wing journalist and TV pundit Eric Zemmour could get into the second round in France’s presidential elections next year, according to new polls.
Numbers of an Ifop-Fiducial poll on Sunday showed that Zemmour could get 17 percent of the votes, while Marine Le Pen would come third on 16 percent. President Emmanuel Macron is supported by 23 percent of the likely voters.
Eric Zemmour said Sunday he was “ready” to soon officially declare his bid, EUobserver reports.
