The government will “not have a budget, nor the capacity to govern,” announced separatist leader Puigdemont.

“Refusing to affirm a child’s new gender is now treated like a crime.”

The majority of the judges, appointed by the left-dominated legislatures and the Sánchez government, ruled that the Constitution does not prohibit amnesty as a legal institution.
