The change is aimed at reaching 15,000 young people in the country, both those still under the care of the state and the extutelados, those over the 18 who were once wards of the state.
Spain’s Minister of Interior has been accused of failing to assign proper resources to ensure that the border is properly secured.
The presence of such weapons in Ceuta, combined with the ever-looming threat of a massive influx of illegal migrants, contributes to a state of ongoing tension in a city upon which Morocco appears to have designs.
The more concessions the socialist-led government makes to Moroccan territorial pretensions, the more VOX promises a dramatic change in the country’s geopolitics should it enter a future coalition.
“The situation is unsustainable and the bill will be paid by the humblest Spaniards, not by the powerful who have sold us out from their mansions with private security. It is urgent to adopt courageous measures to protect what is ours,” VOX MP Rocio De Meer declared.
