Cognisant of the fact that Europe has once again become a high-priority target for the Islamist terror group, Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) said German authorities had succeeded in striking “a significant blow against Islamist terrorism,” yet warned that the threat remains “acute.”
