Sam Burgess is a former British Army Infantry Officer who served in Afghanistan. Edmund Burke’s thought was the subject of his M.Phil. thesis at Cambridge and his D.Phil. dissertation at Oxford. He is the author of Edmund Burke’s Battle with Liberalism (2017) and The Moral Case for Conservatism (2019).
