Thursday July 2nd saw investigators in Monaco identify a suspect as part of their investigation into a parcel bomb attack.

Following the first major incident of its kind in the principality—which wounded a sanctioned Ukraine-born multimillionaire and two others, believed to be family members—the prosecutor’s office stated

An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect, who will be the subject of an Interpol Red Notice from this evening.

It has been reported that the suspect—caught on CCTV wearing a black fisherman’s hat—is believed to be a woman disguised as a man. According to Le Parisien, the woman is Anastasia B., a 39-year-old Ukrainian apparently residing in Frankfurt, Germany. Authorities believe she fled to Italy from France, Italian news agency ANSA reports.

Ukrainian Cypriot oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev remains in critical condition.
