Dutch right-wing broadcaster Raisa Blommestijn has fiercely criticized the justice system after an appeals court sentenced her to 30 hours of community service for statements concerning migration.
The outspoken television personality took to social media to denounce the ruling as a politically motivated attack. Blommestijn was convicted on appeal following her public criticism of national policies and what she described as serious violence by migrants.
Reacting to the verdict, she claimed the judiciary is silencing conservative voices:
The message is clear: if you point out how this country is being destroyed by mass migration, then you must be destroyed.
