Q1 of 2026 saw the poll-topping British populists rake in more than £9 million towards their election war chest.

Reform UK trounced its competing British political parties for donations in the first quarter of 2026, Electoral Commission figures suggest.

Nigel Farage’s party secured £9.4 million (€10.9 million) from 31 donations. The Tories came second with £6 million (€6.9 million), trailed by the ruling trade union-backed Labour Party.

Previously, Farage’s success with fundraising and polling alike has prompted legislation from Keir Starmer’s government to regulate donations using cryptocurrency
