Police used pepper spray and drew firearms to stop the rampage in the German town.

Three Syrian brothers caused chaos in an ice cream shop in the Bavarian town of Hof, injuring the owner, his 10-year-old daughter, and an employee.

According to Frankenpost, the incident began when the siblings ate ice cream worth €15, promised to pay later, and then returned—but refused to settle the bill.

When the owner demanded payment, the 25-year-old eldest brother allegedly attacked him with a flagpole.

The main culprit lost control and struck the owner, whose daughter and an employee were also injured. The brothers destroyed furniture before fleeing.

Police quickly intervened, but the men resisted arrest. The police officers had to use pepper spray and even drew their firearms, with three of them sustaining injuries during the confrontation.

All three brothers were reportedly known to law enforcement for prior offenses, with the eldest having a record of property and bodily harm crimes. Despite the severity of the incident, all three were released shortly afterward.

The Bavarian Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into grievous bodily harm, resistance against law enforcement officers, and other related crimes.
