The White House has issued a stern warning to Tehran, stating that U.S. forces are authorized to destroy any Iranian vessels attempting to bypass his newly imposed naval blockade.

President Donald Trump announced that U.S. forces will destroy any Iranian “fast attack ships” approaching the American naval blockade of Iranian ports, which took effect on Monday, April 13th.

Trump took to his Truth Social platform to declare:

Warning: If any of these ships come anywhere close to our BLOCKADE, they will be immediately ELIMINATED

He repeated once again that the rest of Iran’s navy had been “completely obliterated.”

The president stated the U.S. military would use the “same system of kill” employed against drug smugglers at sea, referring to previous air strikes on suspected narcotics vessels off the coast of Venezuela.
