The café, located in the Belgian capital’s infamous Molenbeek district, will remain closed indefinitely.

Café Time Out in Molenbeek, where terrorists are believed to have plotted the 2015 terror attacks in Paris, was locked down by Belgian police after the police found drugs in the building on July 18th.

The police, tipped off by a customer, searched the premises for firearms. While no weapons were found in the café, narcotics and tear gas, banned in Belgium, were discovered on the premises, prompting the immediate closing of the venue for potentially facilitating drug use.

The café will remain closed indefinitely.
