Sunday, July 5th saw thousands march in Narbonne, France demanding “Justice for Louis,” with Louis’s mother and aunt in attendance.
Louis was a 17-year-old ambushed and beaten to death, in an assault filmed by one of the aggressors and circulated on social media. Five young suspects remain in pre-trial detention.
The episode sparked widespread outrage across France, with a protest rally in Narbonne last weekend. This week thousands more demonstrated, with even the mainstream media conceding that 4,500 people were on the move as it deflated the numbers on what it called the “white” march.
Reconquête president Incumbent Éric Zemmour joined the protest, posting on X:
For Louis, for Lola, for Thomas, for Quentin, for Elias, for Philippine, for Matisse and for all the French victims, we continue the fight.
Zemmour was not alone in noticing a pattern of lethal violence by migrants in France. He was joined by former Génération Identitaire spokesperson Thaïs d’Escufon, who stated:
Thousands of us are demanding #JusticeforLouis today in Narbonne.
Our people are being subjected to genocide amid impunity and media silence. Those responsible must be held accountable!

Sunday’s event was described not as another conventional memorial vigil but as the “La Dernière Marche” (“The Last March”)’. On behalf of Louis’s mother, his aunt Marie-Julie Marteau said the family was tired of seeing ‘white marches’ held after young people were killed and wanted Louis to be the last such victim.
