Officials of the two countries confirmed on Wednesday that their delegations are en route to Turkey for negotiations.

The delegations representing Ukraine and Russia respectively are travelling to Istanbul on Wednesday, July 23rd for a new round of talks.

A senior Ukrainian official confirmed their team is “on their way,” while Russian state media reported that a plane carrying the Russian delegation has left Moscow.
