The Iranian foreign ministry on Sunday, September 28th denounced as “unjustifiable” the reinstatement of United Nations sanctions over its nuclear programme and called on countries not to enforce them.

The UN sanctions have been re-imposed on Iran after the failure of recent diplomatic efforts by EU and European leaders to reach an agreement on Tehran’s nuclear programme.
